Thermoplastic road marking paint, or hot-melt paint, starts as a powdered material used for road surface markings. It is heated in a hot melt kettle to temperatures ranging from 150°C to 220°C, turning it into a liquid. After being sprayed onto the road, the paint cools and hardens, forming a long-lasting line. This paint creates a thick, durable coating that is resistant to wear, bright in appearance, and highly reflective, ensuring excellent visibility.
