Installation Example

When installing shorter lengths, it is recommended to manually insert mallet and pile cap into the ground.
When the installation is longer or the ground conditions are more difficult, it is recommended to use the pile hammer, can directly use the standard pneumatic hammer or light vibrator.
When the installation depth is above 4M or under harsh conditions, it is recommended to use the steel sheet pile with the same shape as the ecological sheet pile for construction. The support of the steel sheet pile can penetrate the hard soil quickly and speed up the installation.

Steel Sheet Pile

The thickness of each part of the pile is the same, the section size cannot be optimized, resulting in the increase of the amount of steel, the shape of the lock position is difficult to control, the joint buckle is not strict, cannot stop water, and the pile is easy to tear during the use process.

Wooden Sheet Pile

wood is a kind of hygroscopic material, so it is easy to wet rise and dry shrinkage under natural conditions, affecting the stability of the size of wood products, resulting in deformation.

wood is anisotropic heterogeneous material, mainly shown as a variety of physical and mechanical properties of the differences. Wood cracking is easily caused by the characteristics of uneven expansion and anisotropy.

Concrete Sheet Pile

The squeezing effect of concrete sheet pile is negative in saturated clay, which will lead to quality accidents such as broken pile and neck shrinkage of cast-in-place pile. For precast concrete pile and steel pile, the pile will float up, reduce bearing capacity and increase settlement. The squeezing effect will also cause damage to surrounding buildings and municipal facilities, but it is positive in loose soil and unsaturated fill. Will play the role of encryption, improve the bearing capacity.
